IBeam`s Machine Watch integration suite
IBeam’s Machine Watch integration suite that will bootstrap the enterprise integration strategy and enable the monitoring of all the mission-critical infrastructure components under the purview of an enterprise network and create incidents/service requests for any issues found, in the ServiceNow instance. This integration suite API comes with steps to install the MID Server for integrations, Performance analysis dashboard and the notifications.
All the mission critical infrastructure in the enterprise will be equipped with the sensors to emit the data that will be streamed out on a regular basis. The data emitted by the sensors is captured in a public cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Azure. The business intelligence tool Tableau will parse the data from the Azure cloud, apply the filters and runs the threshold routines. Based on the outputs of the threshold routine executions, Tableau calls the ServiceNow APIs to create the Incidents/Problems/Changes accordingly. ServiceNow will be configured with the APIs that can be consumed by the Tableau for integration.
