ITSM Scheduled Data Export

As part of this project, we create a ServiceNow Export Connector that can be used to establish communication to any of the installed IBEAM_SNOW MID Server and export any data from ServiceNow instance to the Mid Server that facilitates communication and movement of data between the ServiceNow platform and external applications, data sources, and services.

ServiceNow data should be exported in multiple data exchange formats that can be consumed by the third-party systems with SFTP access to ServiceNow MID Server physical host machine. The data that is exported by the connector should be able to be consumed by the applications those may be either cloud-based or implemented on your premises in the form of export sets. The export sets should be able to be tied to a configurable MID Server location with an option to replace or create a new data files with timestamp.

There should also be a functionality to schedule the export at regular intervals based on the export schedule which can be configurable. The Application should be secure and only the users with given roles should be able to create/edit/update the export schedules.
